GRACIE KEY S/S 26' COLLECTION

A Note from the designer

The concept for this collection emerged during a pivotal season in my life and career. For years, I found myself trying to be everything at once - wearing countless hats in pursuit of success, striving to be more palatable, more productive, more accommodating. In the process, I lost sight of myself. When you say yes to everything and try to be what everyone else needs, it becomes easy to lose your sense of purpose and begin viewing yourself through a lens of self-doubt. As I moved through that period, the pieces slowly began to fall into place. I gained clarity in both my design aesthetic and the future of my brand, and I began shedding the expectations, obligations, and distractions that no longer served me. Looking back, I could finally see how lost I had been, but instead of regret, I felt peace. Every failure, every misstep, and every detour had guided me exactly where I needed to be. Though I couldn't recognize it at the time, I was growing toward something worthwhile. The collection has 17 pieces, all of which resemble different stages of my experience. They were designed to represent the emotions and actions I was experiencing during each phase, but painted in an ethereal, beautiful light. My hope is that it reminds you that if you’re feeling lost, you’re probably in the middle of growing something beautiful.
